Para abrir los enlaces de programas externos a Safari o enlaces que tengan el target en nueva ventana basta con abrir un Terminal y poner esto:
defaults write com.apple.Safari TargetedClicksCreateTabs -bool true
Para que vuelva a comportarse como antes bastará con cambiar “true” por “false”:
defaults write com.apple.Safari TargetedClicksCreateTabs -bool false
